Rupa & Company posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 320.11 crore, up about 9% YoY. However net profit dropped to Rs 14.39 crore from Rs 18.30 crore, a fall of about 21%. Operating margin compressed sharply to 6.94% versus 9.64% last year. H1 FY26 net profit fell about 31% to Rs 19.77 crore.
Profit decline and margin compression may weigh on the stock, despite top-line growth.
