The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations for H1 FY26 was ₹233.16 lakhs versus ₹204.40 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 14%. Standalone net loss narrowed to ₹-8.13 lakhs in H1 FY26 from ₹-9.35 lakhs in H1 FY25, with a Q2 standalone loss of just ₹-0.56 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company turned around to a positive total comprehensive income of ₹6.76 lakhs for H1 FY26 (vs ₹-7.70 lakhs in H1 FY25), helped by a ₹14.89 lakh share of profit from associate SAMT Foods Pvt Ltd. The auditor (VCA & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. The company was recently renamed from Mehta Housing Finance Ltd to Ruparel Food Products Ltd in Jan 2025, as part of an ongoing business restructuring.
Mixed signals for shareholders. The company remains loss-making on a standalone basis with negative operating cash flow, but losses are narrowing and the consolidated picture turned positive thanks to its associate. Investors should watch for progress on the business restructuring and whether revenue growth (currently around 14% YoY) can be sustained to reach profitability.
