On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Plywood Boards/ Laminates peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rushil Decor Fund Raising Committee approved forfeiture of Rs 7.42 crore, being 25 percent amount paid on 10 lakh convertible warrants held by Vespera Fund. The forfeiture was due to non-receipt of the remaining 75 percent amount, in line with SEBI ICDR Regulation 169(3). Earlier, Vespera Fund consented to the move after a two-week status quo from SAT expired on December 10, 2025.
Forfeiture of warrants means Vespera Fund loses its 25 percent upfront payment on 10 lakh warrants. Minor capital raising impact, signals weak investor commitment.
