On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Plywood Boards/ Laminates peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rushil Decor Fund Raising Committee approved forfeiture of Rs 7.42 crore, the 25 percent upfront amount paid on 10 lakh convertible warrants held by Vespera Fund Limited. The forfeiture happened because Vespera Fund did not pay the remaining 75 percent balance as required under SEBI ICDR rules. An SAT status quo order expired on 10 Dec 2025, after which Vespera Fund agreed to the forfeiture. The warrants are now cancelled and the amount already paid is retained by the company.
Forfeited Rs 7.42 crore stays with Rushil Decor. Warrants cancelled, so no equity dilution from this allotment. Mildly positive for existing shareholders.
