On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.4 pts more than its Plywood Boards/ Laminates peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Rushil Decor's board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY25 (ended March 31, 2025) with an unmodified auditor's opinion. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹8,913.39 million from ₹8,439.70 million (~5.6% growth), while net profit grew to ₹483.05 million from ₹431.09 million (~12% growth). An exceptional item of ₹19.96 million was booked. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per share (10% on face value of ₹1), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company appointed SPANJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditor (5-year term) and G.B. & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26, and updated its registered office and corporate office addresses/PIN codes.
Results show steady top-line and bottom-line growth with positive operating cash flow of ₹1,084.78 million, but EBITDA margin compressed to ~13.4% from ~14.5% due to higher finance costs and depreciation. Modest 10% dividend and continued capacity expansion (laminates, MDF) funded partly by preferential warrants (₹783.30 million raised till March 2025) suggest a neutral-to-slightly-positive outlook for shareholders.
