SH Kelkar's board approved Q3 FY26 results with consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 32.63 cr, up 86% YoY, on revenue of Rs. 583.80 cr. Nine-month profit was Rs. 67.35 cr. Board declared an interim dividend of Re. 1 per share totalling Rs. 13.84 cr, record date Feb 13, 2026. Also approved up to AED 5 million equity investment in wholly-owned Keva Middle East FZE. Q3 results include Rs. 30.77 cr exceptional gain, mainly from Vashivali fire insurance claim.
Positive for shareholders with Re.1 dividend. Q3 profit jump aided by one-time insurance gains, so underlying growth is more modest.
