Board approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) unaudited results. Standalone revenue grew 24.7% YoY to Rs 586.77 crore but PAT fell 27% to Rs 28.87 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 24.4% to Rs 588.58 crore, PAT at Rs 47.75 crore. Also appointed Aditya Bhargava (ex-Dabur, PepsiCo) as new CFO with effect from 4 August 2026.
Strong revenue growth shows demand momentum, but standalone PAT fell sharply YoY, hinting at margin pressure. New CFO may bring strategic changes worth watching.
