Safari Industries posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 586.77 cr, up 11.3% YoY from Rs 527.34 cr. However, standalone PAT fell 27.3% to Rs 28.87 cr from Rs 39.69 cr, and PBT dropped to Rs 37.68 cr from Rs 51.96 cr, showing margin pressure despite revenue growth. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 588.58 cr while consolidated PAT dipped 5.4% to Rs 47.75 cr. Auditor Walker Chandiok gave a clean limited review. Board also appointed Aditya Bhargava as the new CFO from 4 August 2026.
Mixed: revenue growth is positive but sharp standalone profit fall and margin compression are negatives. New CFO adds transition uncertainty.
