The Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 results. Consolidated revenue rose 17 percent to Rs 705.36 crore in Q2, but net loss widened to Rs 51.54 crore from Rs 44.17 crore. H1 revenue was Rs 1,411.43 crore and net loss Rs 79.64 crore versus Rs 36.68 crore. Standalone H1 loss was Rs 23.47 crore against Rs 3.22 crore profit. A Rs 8.68 crore mineral cess provision reversal helped Q2, and the auditor's review was unmodified.
Revenue growth did not offset costs, so losses widened. The one-off reversal helped earnings, but continued losses and high debt may hurt sentiment.
