Sagar Systech Limited reported audited results for FY25 with total income of Rs 49.73 lakhs, recovering sharply from a negative Rs 3.38 lakhs in FY24. Income from operations swung to Rs 35.31 lakhs from a negative Rs 24.13 lakhs the previous year, and the company posted a small net profit of Rs 1.51 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 41.50 lakhs in FY24. Total assets grew to Rs 1,189.37 lakhs from Rs 937.67 lakhs, supported by higher investments and short-term borrowings. Statutory auditors Shah, Shah & Shah issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The company has returned to profitability after a deeply negative prior year, which is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the profit is slim, operating cash flows remain negative (Rs 63 lakh outflow), and borrowings have more than doubled, so the recovery is fragile and not yet backed by cash generation.
