On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Aluminium Copper & Zinc Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Board on Nov 11, 2025 approved un-audited Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Standalone Q2 revenue rose about 11 percent to Rs 2,930 lakhs but H1 revenue fell about 9 percent to Rs 5,572 lakhs. Standalone Q2 PAT grew 18 percent to Rs 38.14 lakhs; H1 PAT rose 19 percent to Rs 70.47 lakhs. Consolidated H1 PAT jumped about 33 percent to Rs 74.50 lakhs. However, operating cash flow was negative, with about Rs 636 lakhs used in standalone operations and Rs 648 lakhs in consolidated. Auditor gave an unmodified review opinion.
Profit growth is positive, but weak H1 standalone revenue and negative operating cash flow raise earnings quality concerns for shareholders.
