Standalone H1 FY26 revenue dipped to Rs 5,572 lakhs from Rs 6,122 lakhs last year. Standalone H1 PAT rose to Rs 70.47 lakhs from Rs 59 lakhs. Consolidated H1 revenue grew 5.5% to Rs 6,893 lakhs and PAT jumped 32.6% to Rs 74.50 lakhs. Q2 standalone PAT was Rs 38.14 lakhs. However, operating cash flow was sharply negative at Rs 636 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 648 lakhs (consolidated) due to higher working capital needs. Auditors issued an unmodified review opinion.
Profit growth on consolidated basis is encouraging, but weak cash generation and standalone revenue dip may worry investors.
