Sagility has paid a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for FY 2025-26, declared at the AGM on August 20, 2026 with a record date of August 7, 2026. Dividend was credited to shareholders whose bank details were updated with their depository. For shareholders with incomplete or incorrect bank details, the dividend has been withheld. They are asked to update KYC and bank details with their DP and submit documents to the RTA MUFG Intime to receive the withheld payment.
