Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CRISIL upgraded the company's Rs 300 crore bank facilities to A-/Stable from BBB+/Stable and its short-term rating to A2+ from A2. Subsidiary SMT Cardiovascular's Rs 50 crore facilities were upgraded to BBB+/Stable from BBB/Stable. CRISIL cited 18% FY2026 revenue growth to Rs 1,214 crore, stable profitability and adequate liquidity.
The upgrade signals lower credit risk and may improve borrowing terms and investor sentiment, supporting the stock, but does not guarantee price gains.
