Sahyadri Industries reported unaudited sales of ₹124.39 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, up 20.5% from ₹103.22 crore a year earlier. Net profit rose 40.4% to ₹2.71 crore. For the half-year, sales rose 5.8%, but profit fell 6.5% to ₹13.48 crore, narrowing the margin. The auditor raised no material concerns. New plants are planned in Odisha and Maharashtra with capacities of 120,000 and 72,000 tonnes.
Quarterly growth may support the stock, but the half-year profit decline and lower half-year margin leave the shareholder impact mixed.
