Sai Life Sciences reported strong full-year results for FY26 ending March 2026. Standalone revenue grew 31% to Rs 21,532 million from Rs 16,420 million in FY25, driven by robust performance in contract manufacturing and APIs. Profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs 3,415 million from Rs 1,735 million, representing a 97% PAT growth. Basic EPS improved to Rs 16.27 from Rs 9.00. Finance costs reduced significantly by 53% to Rs 326 million from Rs 700 million, reflecting debt repayment from IPO proceeds. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs 4,953 million. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. An exceptional item of Rs 80 million (net) was recorded due to Labour Code implementation impacts.
The results show strong operational performance with revenue and profit growth exceeding expectations. The significant reduction in debt costs and positive cash generation are positive signals for shareholders. The stock appears well-positioned given the clean audit opinion and margin expansion.
