Sai Life Sciences' board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25 on May 13, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 16,420.48 mn in FY25 from Rs 14,186.82 mn in FY24, a growth of about 15.7%. Profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 1,734.62 mn (standalone) and Rs 1,701.32 mn (consolidated), up 82% and 105% respectively year-on-year, reflecting post-IPO operational scale-up and margin expansion. Q4FY25 was especially strong, with standalone revenue up about 33% YoY to Rs 5,670.06 mn and PAT up 46% to Rs 899.35 mn. The company also strengthened its balance sheet, with cash and equivalents rising to Rs 851.92 mn and total equity more than doubling to Rs 21,674.64 mn following the Rs 10,116.41 mn equity infusion. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong earnings beat with PAT nearly doubling YoY, healthy margin expansion, and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. Improved cash position and sharply higher equity base from the IPO provide funding flexibility, though investors should watch the jump in bad debt provisions and rising capex commitments.
