Board approved Q1 FY27 standalone unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose 24.6% YoY to Rs.376.91 cr (vs Rs.302.42 cr). Net loss widened to Rs.182.95 lakhs (Rs.110.08 lakhs) and pre-tax loss was Rs.241.01 lakhs (Rs.189.92 lakhs). Auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter on Rs.65.98 lakhs carrying cost recognised under Other Income. Board also re-appointed MD and Joint MD for 5 years without remuneration, appointed a new Director and Internal Audit head, and fixed 64th AGM for Sept 25, 2026.
Revenue growth is encouraging but the company stays loss-making; promoter MDs re-appointed without pay signals cost discipline.
