The board approved up to 6.5 crore equity shares at Rs 1.66 each, including a Rs 0.66 premium, raising up to Rs 107.90 crore from nine public investors. The price is above the stated minimum of Rs 1.655. Shareholders must approve the issue at a video meeting on 21 November 2026. After the issue, promoter holding is expected to fall from 46.29% to 32.72%, while public holding rises from 53.71% to 67.28%.
Existing shareholders face dilution if approved, but the company will receive up to Rs 107.90 crore. New public investors may add selling pressure.
