On the reaction day the stock moved 2.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The revised filing states that the board approved up to 65 crore new equity shares of Rs 1 each at Rs 1.66 per share for cash, raising up to Rs 107.90 crore from nine non-promoter investors. The price is above the Rs 1.655 regulatory minimum. Shareholder approval is sought at an online EGM on 21 November 2026. Promoter holding is set to fall from 46.29 percent to 32.72 percent, while public holding rises from 53.71 percent to 67.28 percent.
The issue adds cash but dilutes existing holders and may weigh on the stock until the new shares are listed. Shareholder approval is still pending.
