Salguti Industries' Board approved audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations at Rs 8,721.79 lakhs vs Rs 8,639.79 lakhs in FY24, a marginal ~1% growth. Q4 FY25 revenue rose ~16% year-on-year to Rs 2,410.50 lakhs. The company swung to a profit of Rs 15.01 lakhs in FY25 from a loss of Rs 11.59 lakhs in FY24, with basic EPS of Rs 0.20 vs negative Rs 0.15. However, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs (65.51) lakhs vs a positive Rs 367.35 lakhs last year, driven mainly by a sharp drop in trade payables. Total borrowings stand at ~Rs 3,421 lakhs against equity of Rs 905 lakhs, keeping debt-equity elevated at about 3.8x. Statutory auditor P. Murali & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Short-term positives from returning to profitability and clean audit opinion are offset by weak operating cash generation and high leverage, which remain key concerns for shareholders.
