Salzer Electronics posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 411.95 Cr, up 23% YoY from Rs 333.82 Cr. Nine-month revenue grew 23% to Rs 1,253.11 Cr. However, standalone PAT fell 13% YoY in Q3 to Rs 12.74 Cr and dropped 19% to Rs 43.81 Cr for 9M FY26, hit by higher material and finance costs. Consolidated results mirror this trend. Board re-appointed MD R. Doraiswamy for 3 years and appointed Raman Krishnamoorthy as new CFO from April 1, 2026.
Revenue growth is strong, but profit decline signals margin pressure. Management transition and re-appointment of MD are key items to watch.
