Sam Industries reported strong nine-month results with revenue from operations rising about 22.9% year-on-year to Rs. 1,003.96 lakhs (from Rs. 816.98 lakhs). Total income, helped by a sharp jump in other income to Rs. 435.27 lakhs (from Rs. 215.63 lakhs), grew around 39% to Rs. 1,439.23 lakhs. Profit after tax for nine months rose roughly 45% to Rs. 423.70 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 3.82 vs Rs. 2.63 a year ago. However, the standalone Q3 (Oct-Dec 2025) was softer — profit after tax fell to Rs. 41.83 lakhs from Rs. 141.09 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, mainly on lower other income and higher expenses. The auditor (Arora Banthia & Tulsiyan) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter issues. The company also noted the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mrs. Gitanjari A. Maheshwari effective 21 Feb 2026.
The nine-month performance shows healthy top-line and bottom-line growth, but the sharp drop in Q3 standalone PAT and the heavy reliance on other income (including Rs. 114.86 lakhs notional FVTPL gain) suggest quality of earnings is mixed — investors should watch whether the core real estate segment can sustain this momentum.
