Sambhaav Media posted a standalone net loss of Rs 100.74 lakh in Q1 FY26 vs Rs 0.70 lakh profit a year ago, despite revenue rising 4.7% to Rs 852.90 lakh. Consolidated loss widened to Rs 211.04 lakh (vs Rs 27.82 lakh loss). The company spent Rs 82.04 lakh on rebranding its radio channel from TOP FM to LFM, which hit quarterly margins. Associate firm added Rs 90.14 lakh loss to consolidated numbers. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review report.
Near-term margins under pressure from one-time rebranding costs; core media segment turned loss-making, consolidated picture remains weak.
