Sambhaav Media posted a standalone loss of Rs 100.74 lakh in Q1 FY27 versus a profit of Rs 0.70 lakh a year ago, on revenue of Rs 852.90 lakh (up 4.7% YoY). Consolidated loss widened to Rs 211.04 lakh, including Rs 90.14 lakh share of associate loss. Results were weighed down by a one-time Rs 82.04 lakh spend on rebranding its radio channel from TOP FM to LFM, which pushed other expenses up about 46% YoY. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review report.
Short-term hit from one-time rebranding spend, but underlying revenue grew. Watch the mounting associate company losses.
