Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 consolidated revenue rose 44.1% year on year to Rs 835.99 crore and profit after tax rose 99.2% to Rs 60.95 crore. For the first half, revenue rose 37.7% to Rs 1,568.16 crore and profit rose 82.2% to Rs 117.47 crore. The board approved a Rs 148 crore Chhattisgarh plant for stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes. Initial capacity is 14,400 metric tonnes a year by March 2028, funded by Rs 100 crore of debt and internal accruals.
Strong earnings support sentiment, but the plant adds debt and execution risk before March 2028. Future warrant conversion may dilute shareholders.
