Sambhv Steel Tubes reported its first quarterly results post its IPO listing on NSE and BSE on July 2, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to ₹5,586.29 million in Q1 FY26 from ₹3,307.75 million in Q1 FY25, a growth of nearly 69% year-on-year. Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹333.99 million (₹1.39 EPS) from ₹247.55 million (₹1.03 EPS), up about 35% YoY, while sequentially PAT more than doubled from ₹164.61 million in Q4 FY25. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹15,178.43 million with a full-year PAT of ₹580.44 million. Finance costs and depreciation both roughly doubled YoY, reflecting expanded capacity and higher debt, and the company also divested its stake in associate Clean Max Opia Pvt. Ltd. after the entity failed to meet its obligations. Auditors S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth in the first post-IPO quarter is a positive signal for shareholders, though the sharp rise in finance costs and depreciation suggests the company is in a heavy capex phase which may weigh on margins going forward.
