SAMHI Hotels board will meet on 3 Aug 2026 to approve unaudited Q1 FY27 results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, on both standalone and consolidated basis. The board will also consider an enabling resolution to raise funds through equity shares, warrants, fully convertible debentures, or convertible preference shares via private placement, QIP, preferential issue, or other modes, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
