Samhi Hotels reported FY26 total income of ₹12,790mn (+12.3% YoY) and consolidated EBITDA of ₹4,626mn (+8.8% YoY; +13.0% excluding GST impact). Q4 FY26 saw income of ₹3,535mn (+9.3%) but EBITDA declined 6% YoY to ₹1,202mn due to GST rate change impact and March Middle East conflict disruptions causing ~₹290mn EBITDA loss. PAT surged to ₹5,665mn (+562.6%) including ~₹3,000mn deferred tax asset recognition. The company raised ~₹7,500mn from GIC for 35% stake in a 1,000-room platform, used ₹6,500mn for debt reduction. Net Debt-to-EBITDA improved to ~3.0x from 5.3x at IPO, with free cash flow of ~₹3,000mn vs ~₹900mn at IPO. The portfolio now includes 38 hotels with 6,500+ rooms across 12 brands in 14 cities, plus 73 experiential leisure properties through RARE India acquisition.
Strong operational performance delivered despite multiple disruptions; balance sheet significantly strengthened with 43% reduction in leverage and institutional validation through GIC partnership.
