Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results (ended 30 Sep 2025). Standalone profit per share was INR 4.06 for the quarter and INR 6.14 for H1. Group operating cash flow was INR 1,656 million; borrowings fell to INR 16,107 million. One-off gains came from a GIC-linked investor buying stakes and the Caspia hotel sale; prior figures were re-presented. The board also approved a demerger to move the Fairfield Hyderabad hotel, awaiting NCLT approval.
Profit is driven by one-off sale gains, so recurring earnings are lower; cash flow and lower debt help, and the demerger needs NCLT clearance.
