On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.2 pts less than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue was INR 2,007 million versus INR 2,621 million a year ago; profit after tax rose to INR 598 million from INR 62 million on exceptional gains. Operating cash flow was INR 1,656 million; debt fell to INR 16,107 million from INR 21,285 million. Comparatives now exclude the Caspia hotel. It plans to move the Fairfield Hyderabad hotel between units, subject to approval.
Revenue weakness is a concern, but profit relies on one-off gains. Cash flow and lower debt help; changed past figures and the hotel move add risk.
