On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Rubber peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Sampann Utpadan India told the exchanges that NSE has waived a fine it had levied for the company's late filing of an application seeking trading approval for 82 lakh equity shares allotted on a preferential basis. The company applied for the waiver on 4 July 2026, and NSE granted it on 19 October 2026, asking the company to follow listing rules going forward. The company said it has tightened its internal compliance monitoring to avoid repeating such delays.
Positive closure of a past compliance lapse with no ongoing penalty, though it highlights prior weakness in timely listing compliance.
