On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.5 pts less than its Rubber peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Sampann Utpadan India Limited's Board of Directors approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), along with the auditor's limited review report. On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations rose sharply to about Rs. 3,267.96 lakhs from Rs. 2,019.34 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of roughly 62%, driven mainly by the Reclaimed Rubber segment. The company also moved from a loss before tax of Rs. 35.10 lakhs in Q1 FY25 to a profit before tax of about Rs. 244.50 lakhs in Q1 FY26 on a consolidated basis. Standalone basic EPS improved to Rs. 0.45 from Rs. 0.38 in the year-ago quarter. The statutory auditor, D. Tayal & Jain, issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both the standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line growth and a return to consolidated profitability are positive for shareholders, though investors should watch whether the growth in the Reclaimed Rubber segment sustains and whether the Non-Conventional Energy division (which continues to report losses) turns around.
