Sampat Aluminium Limited submitted revised unaudited standalone financial results for H1 FY26 (half year ended September 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose about 30% year-on-year to Rs 8,113.63 lakhs from Rs 6,225.37 lakhs, while profit after tax climbed to Rs 472.66 lakhs from Rs 363.60 lakhs, also a roughly 30% jump. Basic EPS (adjusted for bonus) stood at Rs 6.59 versus Rs 6.19. The company recently listed on BSE EMERGE, raising about Rs 2,782 lakhs net from its IPO, though only Rs 419.56 lakhs has been deployed so far against the proposed Rs 3,052.80 lakhs plan. Cash and cash equivalents swelled to Rs 1,855.88 lakhs from Rs 24.96 lakhs, and short-term borrowings declined to Rs 1,085.24 lakhs from Rs 1,423.93 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong year-on-year revenue and profit growth is a positive signal for shareholders, boosted by fresh capital from the IPO. However, negative operating cash flow of Rs 933.70 lakhs (largely working-capital driven) and very low deployment of IPO proceeds so far are monitoring points for future quarters.
