Sampat Aluminium Ltd has submitted a revised version of its H1 FY26 (April–September 2025) standalone results after the 14 November 2025 board meeting. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 81.14 crore, up about 30% from Rs. 62.25 crore in H1 FY25. Net profit grew about 30% to Rs. 4.73 crore from Rs. 3.64 crore, with EPS of Rs. 6.59 versus Rs. 6.19 (bonus-adjusted). The auditor (S N Shah & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. The company recently completed its first public issue on BSE EMERGE and received Rs. 27.82 crore net, but had utilized only Rs. 4.20 crore of the Rs. 30.53 crore raised by 30 September 2025, with Rs. 26.33 crore still unutilized. Cash from operations was negative at Rs. -9.34 crore, although cash balances jumped to Rs. 18.56 crore after the IPO inflow.
Strong top-line and profit growth is positive, but the very low utilization of IPO proceeds and persistent negative operating cash flow are points investors should watch. The 'revised' label appears to refer to a corrected filing submission rather than restated numbers, so core earnings remain intact.
