Sampre Nutritions' Board, at its meeting on 18 July 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Standalone revenue from operations jumped to ₹1,086.65 lakhs from ₹451.21 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a roughly 2.4x year-on-year increase. Total expenses rose to ₹1,018.21 lakhs (vs ₹429.10 lakhs), and the company swung to a standalone profit after tax of ₹70.94 lakhs versus ₹24.64 lakhs in the same quarter last year, translating to basic EPS of ₹0.34. Consolidated figures were broadly similar, with revenue at ₹1,085.65 lakhs and PAT of ₹70.76 lakhs, as the two subsidiaries contributed nil revenue and profit. The statutory auditor N G Rao & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
This is a strong turnaround quarter – revenue and profits have grown sharply versus a weak Q1 FY25 base, and the company has returned to profitability after reporting full-year FY25 losses of around ₹731 lakhs (standalone). For shareholders, the results are clearly positive on a YoY basis, though the absolute numbers remain small and the heavy prior-year losses highlight that the business is still in an early recovery phase.
