Disclosure under regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Schedule III

Samrat Forgings Ltd received a show cause notice from the Excise and Taxation Department, Mohali, Punjab on December 12, 2025 under Section 74(1)(1) of the PGST/CGST Act for F.Y. 2025-26 in Form GST DRC-01-A. The notice relates to an alleged incorrect tax liability of Rs. 8,16,556 (including tax and interest) due to wrong input tax credit claimed by the company. The company is evaluating the details mentioned in the notice and will take necessary action. The management has stated that there is no major impact on the financial, operational, or other activities of the company due to this notice.
