The Board of Samrat Forgings Ltd met on 30th May 2025 and approved audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31st March 2025. Revenue from operations rose about 17.6% to Rs. 19,168.24 lakhs (from Rs. 16,294.14 lakhs in FY24). Profit after tax jumped to roughly Rs. 707.29 lakhs, up from Rs. 509.89 lakhs in the previous year. Statutory auditors Rattan Kaur & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The Board also appointed Mr. Siddharth Joshi as Whole Time Director (Executive Director) for three years from 1st June 2025, and Mr. Dhananjay Lakhanpal as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years (1st June 2025 to 31st May 2030).
A clean audit opinion and strong profit growth of around 38-39% year-on-year are positive signals for shareholders. The new Executive Director appointment (nephew of the current Managing Director) brings in fresh operational leadership, while the addition of an Independent Director strengthens board oversight and governance.
