Samtel India Limited submitted its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 along with an unmodified Limited Review Report from statutory auditor R. Sharma & Associates. Total income from operations fell sharply to Rs 0.69 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 6.90 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a decline of about 90% year-on-year. The company reported a net loss of Rs 0.85 lakhs for the quarter, narrower than the Rs 5.36 lakh loss in the year-ago quarter, but losses widened sharply on a half-year basis to Rs 58.85 lakhs from Rs 4.96 lakhs. Other equity remained deeply negative at Rs (581.79) lakhs versus share capital of Rs 708.42 lakhs, and operating cash outflow worsened to Rs (75.08) lakhs for H1 FY26. Results were approved by the Board on 14 November 2025.
The steep revenue drop, widening half-yearly losses, negative reserves, and worsening operating cash burn point to a struggling business with limited operational activity, which is negative for shareholders. However, the narrower sequential quarterly loss and absence of any audit qualification provide a small positive signal on near-term stability.
