Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 30,173 cr in Q2 FY26 from Rs 27,812 cr YoY. H1 revenue grew to Rs 60,385 cr from Rs 56,680 cr. However, Q2 PAT fell to Rs 846 cr from Rs 949 cr, and H1 PAT dropped sharply to Rs 1,452 cr from Rs 2,046 cr, hit by exceptional expenses of Rs 173 cr in H1 and higher depreciation. Emerging businesses segment posted strong 40 percent revenue growth in H1. H1 EBITDA declined to Rs 5,185 cr from Rs 5,427 cr, signalling margin pressure.
Mixed results. Topline growth healthy but bottomline pressured by one-off items and higher costs. Watch for margin recovery in H2.
