SAMIL reported Q3FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 31,409 cr, up 14% YoY and its highest-ever quarterly revenue. EBITDA stood at Rs 3,042 cr and PAT at Rs 1,061 cr. Net leverage held steady at 1.1x. Quarterly capex was Rs 1,594 cr, about 52% of EBITDA, mainly for upcoming plants and maintenance. Two new plants announced in Morocco (wiring harness) and Pune (vision systems). Recent M&As are expected to close in H1FY27.
Record revenue and stable leverage show strength, but heavy capex and pending M&As could weigh on near-term margins and returns.
