On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sancode Technologies has received BSE in-principle approval to issue 23.25 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 172 each to promoter and non-promoters. Each warrant converts to one equity share of Rs 10 face value. Total potential capital raise is about Rs 40 crore. This is only the in-principle nod from the exchange, not the final allotment. Company must still complete the issue and apply for listing within 20 days of allotment.
Positive capital raise signal, but warrants will dilute existing shareholders once converted. No immediate share price impact.
