Sandesh Pujari acquired 12,51,000 equity shares (0.29% of diluted capital) of Lords Mark Industries on 21 Nov 2025. Shares were allotted under a resolution plan approved under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and a scheme of amalgamation approved by NCLT Mumbai on 28 Jul 2025. Pre-transaction holding was nil. Acquirer is exempted from making an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(da).
