On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Print Media peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Sandesh Limited reported Q3 and nine month FY26 results. Consolidated Q3 revenue grew about 22 percent YoY to around Rs. 100 crores. Profit before tax improved sharply, partly aided by large investment gains in other income. Exceptional items include a Rs. 2.41 crore charge from new labour codes. Board also appointed Mr. Giriraj Sharma as senior management personnel replacing Mr. Prashant Kumar Nema.
Strong revenue growth and improved profits helped by investment gains. Labour code impact is a one-time exceptional charge.
