On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hazelnut Family Trust has acquired 26,22,930 equity shares (4.36%) of Sandhar Technologies Ltd from promoter Mrs. Monica Davar through an inter-se transfer by way of gift on 29 August 2025. The trust had no prior holding in the company and now directly holds 4.36%. The transfer was carried out under an SEBI exemption order (WTM/AB/CFD/03/2025-26 dated 30 April 2025), and the trust will be treated as part of the promoter group going forward. Mrs. Davar also indirectly transferred her stakes in four promoter-group entities (Sanjeevni Impex, YSG Estates, Sandhar Estates, and Jubin Finance) to the trust. The transaction is a family-level restructuring rather than a change in ultimate promoter control.
No real change in promoter control or public float, as the shares have moved within the same promoter family from Mrs. Monica Davar to her family trust. Existing shareholders are not diluted and there is no impact on stock price from this disclosure.
