On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.1 pts less than its Iron & Steel peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BSE gave preliminary approval on 4 September 2025 and NSE did so on 15 September 2025 for 324,069,876 fully paid bonus shares of Rs 10 each. The company proposes 2 new shares for every 1 existing share, tripling its paid-up share count. Shareholder approval and other formalities are still needed before the shares are issued.
Two free shares are proposed for each share held. Ownership percentage stays unchanged, while the tripled share count may lower the share price proportionately.
