Lohagiri Industrials, a promoter group entity, acquired shares in Sandur Manganese through an NCLT-approved merger of three promoter entities (Euro Industrial Enterprises, Sandur Sales and Services, Sandur Udyog) into itself. As a result, Lohagiri's stake rose from 3.28 percent to 18.19 percent of the company. Total promoter group holding remains unchanged at 74.22 percent. The acquisition was exempt from open offer under SEBI rules. Shares were credited on 15 December 2025.
No change in total promoter control. Shares merely consolidated within promoter group. Minimal direct impact on minority shareholders.
