Sandur Manganese posted strong Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose about 68% YoY to 43,636 lakh and PAT jumped to 11,021 lakh from 3,212 lakh. H1 standalone revenue was nearly flat at 85,908 lakh but PAT grew 34% to 23,896 lakh. Q2 operating margin expanded to 38% from 9% YoY. The company issued bonus shares 2:1 in September, paid a 1.25 per share dividend for FY25, and got approval to raise manganese output. Deloitte issued an unmodified review.
Strong Q2 earnings with sharp PAT growth and margin expansion. Bonus issue, output cap hike, and Steel consolidation support growth outlook.
