Sankhya Infotech posts Q1 FY27 loss of Rs 89L, no revenue from operations

Sankhya Infotech reported Q1 FY27 standalone loss of Rs 89.01 lakh vs Rs 88.67 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations remains zero with only Rs 0.10 lakh other income. Total expenses flat at Rs 111.77 lakh. EPS at minus Rs 0.18. Directors flagged going concern as company has incurred losses with no revenue, relying on NCLT-approved revival plan and merger with Gwebitsol.
