Board approved unaudited Q2 FY26 results. Revenue from operations rose 7% YoY to 2,357 million, with domestic sales up 12% aided by relaunch of recalled products (Combiflam, Allegra, Depura Kids), while exports fell 9% on a high base. H1 revenue grew 18% to 4,649 million. Q2 PBT rose 16% to 919 million and PAT grew to 688 million from 607 million. H1 PBT up 25% to 1,826 million, PAT at 1,366 million. H1 EPS at ₹59.31 versus ₹48.07. Operating cash flow for H1 jumped to 1,096 million from 179 million. Auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review.
Strong EBITDA margin expansion, robust domestic recovery and surging operating cash flows are positives. Statutory auditor change noted but review is clean.
